Mrs. Nikki has been with the ENCA Family for 15+ years.
She is currently attending Flordia SouthWestern State College for Early Learning.
She gained her experience while serving in various positions across our campus such as:
-VPK Coordinator/Teacher
-Music/Choir director
-P.E. Coordinator
-Receptionist
Each of these roles gave Mrs. Nikki the confidence she needed to step into the role of Director in April of 2025. Taking the helm of our ship, she's excited to have you join her on this journey of educating, and raising your child in a moral and Godly enviroment.
Having children herself, she understands the need for child-care that treats children with Christ's Love, by hosting weekly Chapel Services, and Sunday Children's Church, she strives to instill into each child the Love, Acceptance, and Forgiveness of Jesus Christ.

In her pastime, she can be found knitting, playing with her children and dogs, or relaxing to the hallmark channel.
