Mrs. Nikki has been with the ENCA Family for 15+ years.
She gained her experience while serving in various positions across our campus such as:
-VPK Coordinator/Teacher
-Music/Choir director
-P.E. Coordinator
-Receptionist
Each of these roles gave Mrs. Nikki the experiences and necessary hurdles to create the confidence she needed to step into the role of Director in April of 2025. Taking the helm of our ship with the help of her staff, she's excited to have you join her on this journey of educating, and raising your child in a morally upright and God fearing enviroment, where each day is seen as a new day, and each encounter more exciting and glorifying of our God.
Having children herself, she has a unique understanding of the need for a Center that truly cares for children with Christ's love on display everyday. Her goal isn't just educational but the safety and security of your child while they're in her care.
Mrs. Nikki is also furthering her education in Early Learning Education by attending FSW with the goal of providing even better service to the community.
