Mrs. Nikki has been with the ENCA Family for 15+ years.
Mrs. Nikki has served in virtually every role at Eagle’s Nest Christian Academy — VPK Coordinator/Teacher, Music & Choir Director, PE Coordinator, and Receptionist. Each position gave her the experience and confidence to step into the Director role in April 2025.
A mother of three, she has a unique understanding of what families need in a childcare facility — one that genuinely cares for children with Christ’s love on display every day. Weekly chapel, held in our multi-purpose room, reflects her commitment to instilling in each child the Love, Acceptance, and Forgiveness of Jesus.
She is also furthering her own education in Early Learning at FSW — committed to continually improving her service to the ENCA community.
