Mrs. Nikki has been with the ENCA Family for 15+ years.
She gained her experience while serving in various positions across our campus such as:
-VPK Coordinator/Teacher
-Music/Choir director
-P.E. Coordinator
-Receptionist
Each of these roles gave Mrs. Nikki the experiences and necessary hurdles to create the confidence she needed to step into the role of Director in April of 2025. Taking the helm of our ship with the help of her staff, she's excited to have you join her on this journey of educating, and raising your child in a morally upright and God fearing enviroment, where each day is seen as a new day, and each encounter more exciting and glorifying of our God.
Having three children herself, she has a unique understanding of the need for a child care facility that truly cares for children with Christ's love on display everyday, with chapel being held weekly in our multi-purpose room, she strives to instill into each child the Love, Acceptance, and Forgiveness of Jesus.
Mrs. Nikki is also furthering her education in Early Learning Education by attending FSW with the intent of providing even better service to the community.
Other than the many responsibilites that come with being Director and "Mom." In her pastime, she can be found knitting, playing with her children and dogs, or relaxing to the hallmark channel.
